Adoption
How do I adopt an animal?
Get in touch and tell us about your home, your time, and any experience you have. We then put forward the animal that suits your situation. The steps are usually:
- A first conversation so we understand your circumstances
- A visit to the centre to meet the animal
- A short getting-to-know period
- Handover, with a follow-up two weeks later
Is adoption free?
Yes, we do not sell animals. We may ask for an optional contribution towards care and vaccination costs, and not paying it never stops anyone from adopting.
How long does it take?
Days to weeks. We take our time because an adoption that does not work sends the animal back to the start. Speed is not the goal here.
Will you take an animal I found on the street?
Call us first and describe the case. Space is limited, and the animal's medical state and age decide what we can do. If we cannot take it we will say so plainly.
Visiting & Services
Where are you and when are you open?
Abu Nuseir 222, Amman, next to the Arab Islamic Bank. We are open every day from 10 AM to 10 PM. For an urgent case, call before you come so someone is ready for you.
Do I need an appointment?
For a check-up, vaccination, grooming or training, yes. An appointment saves you waiting and makes sure the right person is there. Urgent cases need no appointment, but call while you are on the way.
Do you take animals other than dogs and cats?
Some species, under certain conditions. Call and ask about your specific animal before you bring it in.
How do I book boarding while I travel?
Contact us well before you travel, especially around holidays. We will ask about the animal's species, age, health, and how long the stay is.
Shop & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
- Order processing: 2 to 6 business hours
- Delivery: 24 to 48 hours within Jordan
Times vary depending on location.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders above 20 JD inside Jordan. Below this threshold, a small flat delivery fee applies, shown clearly at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and the original packaging is intact. Consumable products are only accepted unopened. See the terms for the full detail.
Do you sell animals?
No. The animals here are for adoption only. The shop sells supplies: beds, collars, bowls, toys, and grooming products.

Do I need an account to order?
Yes, a quick account is required to place an order. It takes less than a minute and lets you track your order and save your address.
How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account and open the Orders page. You will see the live status of every order from confirmed to delivered.
