Petly started in Amman in 2018. We shelter animals that need it, rehabilitate them and find them homes. Alongside that we look after the pets that already have homes: a clinic, boarding, training, and a small shop.

We rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome.
The shelter is the core of it. An animal that arrives is examined first, then starts a rehabilitation and training programme that prepares it for life in a home. This work is slow and takes patience. It is the most important thing we do.

Every animal is different. We take time to know one before we put it forward, because an adoption that does not work sends it back to the start.
For the pets you already have
Care, boarding, and training.
The same place that houses our animals takes yours: check-ups and medical follow-up, boarding when you travel, and training that helps you understand your pet and get through to it.
We take dogs and cats, and other species under certain conditions. Call us and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right place.

What is Petly?
Petly is a pet care centre in Abu Nuseir, Amman, started in 2018. At its core it is a shelter: rescue and rehabilitation for adoption. Alongside that we run veterinary care, boarding, training, and a small shop.
How do I adopt from you?
Get in touch and tell us about your home, your time, and any experience you have. We put forward the animal that suits your situation, not the other way round. Adoption is free, but it is not instant: we take our time because the animal comes back to us if it does not work.
Where are you and when are you open?
Abu Nuseir 222, Amman, next to the Arab Islamic Bank. We are open every day from 10 AM to 10 PM. For an urgent case, call the number at the top of the page before you come so someone is ready for you.
Will you take an animal I found on the street?
Call us first and describe the case. Space is limited, and the animal's medical state and age decide what we can do. If we cannot take it we will say so plainly and try to point you somewhere that can.
How can I help if I cannot adopt?
Volunteer. Walking dogs, fostering at home, transport, or helping with the admin. One hour a week, regularly, helps us more than one full day once.
Do you sell animals?
No. The animals here are for adoption, not for sale. The shop sells supplies only: beds, collars, bowls, toys, and grooming products.
