This one is not booked online. Call the number above and we will sort it out.
We are open every day from 10 AM to 10 PM. Inside those hours an urgent case does not need an appointment. Come in, and ring on the way if you can: two minutes of warning changes what we can have ready before you reach the door.
Things worth coming in for without hesitating: trouble breathing, a road accident, seizures, a swollen or hard abdomen, straining to urinate with nothing coming out, bleeding you cannot stop, collapse, or anything the animal has swallowed that it should not have.
If you are not sure whether it counts, call and ask. Working out whether something is urgent is our job, not yours.
Outside our hours we are not a night hospital and we will not pretend to be one. If something happens after we close, ring us anyway: if we cannot help you ourselves at that hour, we would rather point you somewhere that can than leave you looking.

Common questions
What counts as an emergency?
Trouble breathing, a road accident, seizures, a swollen abdomen, straining to urinate, bleeding that will not stop, collapse, or swallowing something dangerous. When in doubt, call.
Can I just turn up?
Inside opening hours, yes, and we would rather you did than waited. But call on the way if you possibly can. Two minutes of warning changes what we can have ready.
